The AIR Pipeline Partnership Program (P3), funded and delivered by the AIR Equity Initiative, seeks to expand pathways of access into behavioral and social science research and technical assistance careers. AIR has chosen to partner with five institutions to deliver learning events, provide professional development and networking opportunities, and promote connections to careers for graduate students. 

P3 partner institutions are Georgia State University (Atlanta, Georgia), Howard University (Washington, DC), and The University of Texas at San Antonio (San Antonio, Texas) in the United States; the University of Dar es Salaam (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania); and the University of Nairobi (Nairobi, Kenya) in East Africa.
